A CMA / RMA (Certified or Registered Medical Assistant) is needed at Prestige Medical Group!  Our practice currently has multiple well-established offices: Four Internal Medicine Offices with Med Spa are located in Jasper, Canton, Roswell, & Rome, and two Pediatric offices in Jasper and Canton. Between these locations we currently have 25 Medical Providers (a mix of MDs, NPs, & PAs).  Our practice has been rapidly growing for the past 21 years and has plans in place for further growth!  The ideal candidate must be willing to work from multiple locations if not all between Jasper, Canton, Roswell, and Rome. Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

• CMA/RMA Credentialing Required

Multi-Site Front Desk Coordinator 

Front Desk Receptionist needed at a rapidly growing medical practice that currently has five (5) offices: Four (4) Medical Offices with Med Spas, between Jasper, Canton, Roswell, and Rome. Then we also have Pediatrics in Jasper and Canton. Between these locations we currently have 26 Medical Providers (a combination of MDs, NPs, & PAs). Our practice has been rapidly growing over the past 22 years and has plans in place for additional providers to join us in February 2026 along with additional locations to open in 2026 and 2027 to further our growth! This position will primarily be stationed in our Canton Office. The ideal candidate must be willing to commute to our Jasper Main office for their initial training.  The willingness to work at other locations (Jasper, Roswell, Rome, and Woodstock) as needed is a desired qualification. 

Qualifications/Educational Requirements: 

• A minimum of 2 years of Front Office experience is required (experience within a clinical setting is preferred) 
• Excellent Computer Skills Required 
• Must be willing to work at our Jasper and Canton locations, but flexibility to work at other locations is a desired qualification. 
• Must be Punctual & Dependable 
• Must be able to multi-task, & work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

• New Patient Resource Tracking 
• In-House Medication Sales and PDRX Reporting Completion

Call Center Operator / Front Desk Coordinator

Call Center Operator / Front Desk Receptionist needed at a rapidly growing medical practice that currently has five (5) offices: Four (4) Medical Offices with Med Spas, between Jasper, Canton, Roswell, and Rome. This position will eventually be stationed in our New Woodstock Office that is scheduled to open March 2026. We do allow Call Center employees to be cross trained as a Front Desk Coordinator, which provides the opportunity to grow within the company and even work at multiple locations.
