Prestige Medical Group is seeking an experienced Director of Clinic Operations – Adult Primary Care to support and scale operations across our rapidly growing multi-site medical practice.
Prestige currently operates multiple adult primary care locations across Jasper, Canton, Roswell, Rome, with additional locations planned in Woodstock, Hickory Flat, and other North Georgia markets over the next 24 months.
This is a senior-level, hands-on leadership role focused on standardizing clinic operations, strengthening site-level leadership, and building scalable workflows across all adult primary care locations.
This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Operations and works closely with HR, Finance, Compliance, and Clinical Leadership.
The ideal candidate brings mandatory healthcare operations experience, understands what “good” looks like operationally, and is comfortable leading teams through growth and change while building sustainable processes.
This role is full-time, exempt, with an expected schedule of 4 days onsite and 1 remote administrative day per week.
Qualifications / Educational Requirements
- Healthcare experience is mandatory
