Sarah Warfel, FNP-C

Sarah is a Jasper local who grew up in Canton, GA. Sarah received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Reinhardt University. Before furthering her education, she worked as a registered nurse in intensive and progressive care units in Atlanta and the metro area. Through her work as an ICU nurse, Sarah found a passion for health promotion and education in preventing chronic diseases. She graduated from Georgia College and State University with a master’s degree in nursing and became a board-certified family nurse practitioner.  A few of Sarah’s clinical interests are primary prevention, diabetes and hypertension management, and acute/minor illness.

These days, Sarah and her husband are mostly entertained and kept busy by their baby boy. Sarah enjoys being outdoors, hiking and traveling with family, frequenting local coffee shops and farmers' markets, and crafting with friends.

Sarah is excited to join Prestige and has the opportunity to serve her community through primary care.
