Tina Barajas is a dedicated Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering patient-centered and compassionate care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of North Georgia, where she laid the foundation for her nursing career. Tina spent four years in the Neurology ICU at Kennestone Hospital as a registered nurse, gaining invaluable experience in critical care. She further advanced her expertise by obtaining her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Kennesaw State University. Since beginning her career as a Nurse Practitioner in 2021, she has specialized in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease, with a strong passion for managing chronic and acute illnesses as well as geriatric care. Her commitment to enhancing patient outcomes drives her to provide individualized care to her patients.
A long-time resident of Canton, GA, Tina met her husband in the community she loves. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family and their two cats. Tina loves hiking, traveling, and watching sports. She is excited to provide care at Prestige Medical.
